At Grace Thorne Yoga, I bring bespoke corporate yoga and wellbeing sessions directly to your workplace, helping to reduce stress, boost focus, and support employee wellbeing. Whether you’re looking for a gentle mid-day reset or a more energising practice, my sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into your team’s schedule.

I offer two formats of corporate yoga classes: Desk Yoga and Mat Yoga.


Desk yoga

Perfect for smaller spaces and tighter timeframes, Desk Yoga is a fully accessible, equipment-free practice that can be done in regular workwear. This format focuses on gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, helping to ease tension in the shoulders, spine, and hips. Modifications are provided to accommodate all levels, and standing postures can be adapted to seated positions.

Mat yoga

For a more dynamic and immersive experience, Mat Yoga includes standing, seated, kneeling, and reclined postures to build strength and flexibility. Expect playful sequences, feel-good stretches, and a deep relaxation at the end of each session. I recommend loose or stretchy clothing to allow for free movement.
