I have been a personal trainer for almost 15 years, gaining my experiences from huge corporate gyms, independent and privately run studios. I now work closely with clients both within local PT studios and at home, drawing on my background within yoga to form personalised plans which are bespoke to the individual profile of each person.
Qualifying with the NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification, personal training clients can be assured that they are receiving invaluable expertise and individual support. I am adept in devising personal training plans to suit clients from all walks of life. Whether the focus is cardiovascular, weight focussed or led by recovery from injury, I am able to work with you to ensure that your plan is right.
Having a personal trainer gives you somebody to be accountable to, to guide you and support you, rather than dictate. The role of a PT also extends to overcoming emotional and physical obstacles, and will help you to get the real results you’re after.
Away from personal training, I lead a regular bootcamp on Thursday mornings as well as several bespoke fitness events throughout the year.
