Wellbeing
Wellbeing is important to ne and is something that I try to impart on my clients where possible. As part of this philosophy, Grace Thorne Yoga works closely with various other experts in reiki, hypnotherapy and life coaching to help advise and refer when needed. No matter what your wellbeing requirements are, a full holistic approach is taken to help treat the mind and body.
More recently, I have become a fully qualified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques. EFT is a process that allows lasting relief from pain, tension, stress or trauma, using holistic techniques to release negativity.
EFT can be used to help with any emotional or distressing situation and is especially useful for:
Anxiety, stress or panic attacks
Fears or phobias
Distressing memories
Lack of confidence or self esteem
Helping with addictions
Whilst the EFT roots are in acupuncture, kinesiology and psychology, the benefits of EFTs holistic approach include:
No side effects
No needles
No medication
The ability to be self applied
